This experience will use meditation, mantra and a powerfully clearing sound bath using the gong, crystal bowls and chimes.

The gong's vibrations wash over you and can be felt throughout the body, shaking up physical, mental, and energetic blockages. The gong can reset the Nervous System allowing it to return to a state of balance and out of our conditioned go-go-go mode.

Please bring a blanket, mat, pillow, anything to make yourself completely comfortable. Some yoga mats and blankets available.
