Description:
SANCTUARY – Late Summer – Sound Healing of Grounding and Renewal
Mark Biehl presents a sonic immersion of renewal and grounding as we transition into late summer. Native American influences permeate this month's journey, featuring the pulsating rhythms of medicine drumming to connect us with earth energy, indigenous shakers, rattles and vocal chant to encourage flow and release, soulful flute, and deep vibrational healing of over twenty beautifully tuned Himalayan singing bowls.
During times of transition, ancient wisdom traditions recognize earth energy as a stabilizing force, a time to be balanced and centered as we prepare for the change in seasons. It is also an opportunity for renewal, to reaffirm our commitment to live in the present and go with the flow.
“Life is like a flowing stream; once the flow stops, our life becomes stagnant. When we remove the dams and debris we have accumulated and encourage it to flow freely, it becomes a source of sustenance and renewal and growth for us and for all with whom we share it.” - Tom Hackett
